The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.2 - Tahasildar South Taluk has not passed any orders on the applications given by the petitioner seeking entry of her name on the ground of succession. The name of Sri Chinnappa, S/o Antappa has been entered in the RTC, of the year 2025-26, which is placed on record along the memo filed today. 3. Having regard to the fact that the name of Sri Chinnappa S/o Antappa is entered in the RTC in respect of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37414 WP No. 24485 of 2025 1 acre 5 guntas of land in Sy.No.25 of Thattaguppe Village, Uttarahalli Hopli, Bangalore South Taluk, the petitioner has a right for being considered in law. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent No.2 - Tahasildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, to consider the application given by the petitioner and treat this writ petition also as an application given by the petitioner to enter her name in the revenue records on the strength of succession. Needless to observe that the Tahasildar shall issue notice to all concerned, find out whether the petitioner is the only legal representative of Sri Chinnappa, S/o Anthapa and thereafter proceed to enter the name of the petitioner, if the petitioner is the only legal representative of Sri Chinnappa or to enter the name of all the legal representatives of Sri Chinnappa.
