City Civil & Sessions Judge and Special Judge for CBI Cases Bengaluru (CCH-34) for the offences punishable under section 1208, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 419, 420 of IPC and Section 13 (2) read with 13 (1) (d) of PC Act 1988. 2. It is submitted that above named appellant expired on 11.11.2025 and the death certificate - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54538 CRL.A No. 145 of 2013 issued by the competent authority in Form-6 on 26.11.2025 is produced herewith in evidence of the same. 3.
