Raseed and others) out of Case Crime No. 453 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and 3(1) (Dha) & 3 (2) (v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Shivpur, District- Varanasi, pending in the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Varanasi, within a short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
