Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . As per prosecution case , 37.4 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the shop and motorcycle of this petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 .
