WPSS No.1087 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State/respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bisht, Advocate for respondent no.3. The petitioner claims his retiral dues, which includes leave encashment, insurance and Provident Fund and other retiral dues along with interest. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2023, but till date, he has not been paid his retiral dues, pension and other benefits despite much delay.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 would submit that the claim of the petitioner is admitted, but due to paucity of funds, the payment could not be made on time. He gives an undertaking that within four months from today, all the admissible dues will be paid to the petitioner. The Court takes on record the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.3. The writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no.3 to make the payment of all admissible dues to the petitioner within a period of four months from today.
