The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 531 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 385, 387/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. At, pending in the Court of Sri Manoj Kumar Indwar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10312 of 2024 by order dated 09.12.2024. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have demanded Rangdari from the informant on behalf of TSPC, which is a banned extremist organization. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2023. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar Indwar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
