Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the respondents specifically respondent No. 4 & 5 not to interfere in the smooth construction of the house over the undisputed area 0.02055h part of the arazi no.3/2 situate at Village-Barethiya, Post-Kanti, Pargana-Arail, Tehsil-Karchhana, District Prayagraj." 2. After going through the material placed on record, we find no evidence of any interference by State-respondents No. 4 & 5 and if there is any interference, it is by private respondents No. 6 & 7. 3.
