1. On 22.05.2026, a Co-ordinate Division Bench headed by Hon’ble the Chief Justice passed the following order:
“Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions, especially in the backdrop of the order passed by this Court on
12.05.2026. One last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to surrender, failing which, the matter shall stand dismissed. List on 15.07.2026.”
2. Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner did not surrender.
3. State counsel as well as counsel for CBI also deposed in the same terms.
