The learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed an application seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 2 acres 20 guntas of land in Sy.No.172 of Pura village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District on 25.7.1991, but no order has been passed on the application till date. The petitioner has also submitted representations dated 4.6.1999 and 7.11.2024 at Annexures-A and C8 respectively. However, the respondent No.2 has not considered the same till date. The petitioner has also produced a copy of Form No.50 having an entry regarding his pending application seeking regularization at Annexure-C. Therefore, he

The writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, to place the application of the petitioner before the Committee along with his recommendation as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Committee shall thereafter consider the application and pass necessary orders within a period of two months from the date when the application would be placed before the Committee in accordance with law.
