When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue/Yasmin was produced before this Court. We have interacted with the detenue, and she has stated that she is residing at her relative's house along with her minor son. She has further stated that the petitioner has been harassing her and therefore, she is not willing to go with the petitioner. 3. We are of the considered view that there is no unlawful custody involved in the present case. 4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
