Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, I am of the view that the order challenged by the petitioner in this writ petition is an - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28678 WP NO.20717 OF 2025 appealable order under the provisions of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
