By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, District Kushinagar to take appropriate coercive measures against the accused persons in Case No. 2341 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 209 of 2021, under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station- Ahirauli Bazar, District- Kushinagar, which is pending before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, District Kushinagar, within a short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
