The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 20/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 112/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 08.04.2024 at about 7:50 A.M., dead body of an unknown person was found hanging beside Dundu Panchayat Bhawan. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article was recovered on his pointing out. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that co- accused persons namely Babulal Singh and Ramdhani Singh have been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 10164/2024. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Manika P.S.
