For the purpose of transfer of pending cases (total 18) from Labour Court, U.P. Ghaziabad Court No. 2 to Labour Court, U.P. Ghaziabad, Court No. 1, representation has been made by the petitioner before the Labour Commissioner, U.P. Kanpur on 09.06.2025, copy of which is appended as Annexure-9 to the writ petition. 2. From perusal of the aforesaid, it is clear that in this regard various applications were made against the Presiding Officer as well as the Peshkar through Labour Court, Ghaziabad. 3. It is further argued that presiding officer are going to retire on 19.09.2025, hence a prayer has been made to direct the Respondent No. 1 to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid application, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent Nos. 1 & 2. 5. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No. 1 to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2025 within a period of one week from today. 6. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to place the copy of the order before the Respondent No. 1 within 24 hours. 7. For a period of ten days' or till the time the decision is taken on the representation made by the petitioners, respondent no. 2 is restrained to pass any effective order in the cases where the petitioners are party in the matter.
