The Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, has granted relief of rounding-off of the disability pension, while relying upon the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.418 of 2012 titled as Union of India and others Vs. Ram Avtar. Thus aggrieved, the Union of India is before us in this Writ. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute that the facts of the present case are covered by the adjudication made by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Ram Avtar (Supra). In such view of the matter, we find no ground to take a different view as the issue stands already adjudicated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on the pointed issue. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
