ORDER This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to defreeze the petitioner’s bank account bearing Account No.50100182858067.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the
learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner is holding a bank account with the second respondent bearing Account No.50100182858067. While being so, pursuant to the instructions received from the third respondent, the second respondent has marked a lien over the petitioner’s bank account to the tune of Rs.4,000/- However, despite the lien being only for the said amount, the petitioner has not been permitted to operate the account in respect of the remaining amount.
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to defreeze the petitioner’s bank account and permit the petitioner to operate the account https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
