The petitioner has filed this application for quashing of the order dated 13.02.2025 in connection with Putki P.S Case No. 91/2024, passed by Smt. Arti Mala, learned C.J.M, Dhanbad whereby and wherein the learned C.J.M,, Dhanbad has issued process under section 84 B.N.S.S against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case. From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that after the receipt of the execution report, non-bailable warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner, the process was issued against the petitioner under section 84 of the B.N.S.S. Accordingly; I do not find any illegality in the order of learned Magistrate directing for the issuance of process under section 84 of B.N.S.S. against the petitioner.
