The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 31.7.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.23694/2012 (S-RES). 2. The operative part of the said order reads is as under: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44681-DB CCC No. 247 of 2025 10. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed off holding that the appointment of the respondent No.4 is not in accordance with the notification issued by respondent no.1 dated 16.09.1978. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible to be appointed as Grama Sahayak and the said post is still available, the petitioner shall be considered for the appointment for the post of Grama Sahayak in accordance with law, which shall be done within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The accused has filed a memo stating that the services of respondent No.4 have since been terminated in terms of an order dated 3.10.2025 and a notification for filling up the post of the Gram Sahayak has now been issued on 21.10.2025. 4.
