Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that this Court as well as the Competent Authorities have passed orders in favour of the petitioner for granting patta in respect of the land comprised in S.F.No.1380/27, measuring an extent of 920 sq.meters, situated at Thenkanikottai Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Without any title or right over the subject property, the respondents 3 to 5 herein obstructing the petitioner from enjoying the property by preventing him from cleaning and fencing the same. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5, and pass appropriate orders with regard to the request of the petitioner for adequate police protection to him and his family members for cleaning and fencing the subject property. It is made clear that, if the respondents 3 to 5 trespass into the subject property or commit any cognizable offence, the second respondent shall register an FIR and proceed against them in accordance with law. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
