The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "issue an ad-interim mandamus under supervisory jurisdiction of this Hon'ble High Court, directing the court below i.e. District Judge Bhadohi to decide the impleadment application dated 07.08.2023 filed by the petitioner for the impleadment petitioner as a petitioner in Original Suit No. 259 of 1992 (Rajkumari (deceased) Janardan Prasad and others vs. Hariprasad and others) pending in the court of Ist Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Bhadohi in pursuance of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Civil Revision no. 48 of 2024 (Bholanath Shukla V/s Ramdhani and others) in the interest of justice within sc...e stipulated period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an impleadment application is pending since 2023 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the District Judge Bhadohi to consider and decide the impleadment application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties as well as giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
