Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 3. The petitioners are accused in C.C.No.5262/2023. Initially, on the complaint lodged by the complainant, the respondent registered an FIR in crime No.463/2006 and on completion of the investigation, the respondent filed a final report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB/CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai. While pending investigation, the petitioners filed Crl.O.P. No.18638/2020 for a direction to the respondent to send for the said documents for getting handwriting expert opinion. This Court, by order dated 08.06.2022, directed the respondents to get handwriting expert opinion on the aforesaid documents. 4.
