The petitioners have approached this Court that they have respectively retired on 28.02.2025 and 31.03.2025, however, till date their retiral benefits including pensionary benefits as well as other benefits are not determined and paid. Learned A.C.S.C. for State on instruction submits that claim of both petitioners are under consideration and if there is no legal impediment, the same will be determined within short period i.e. preferably within period of six weeks and in case of any legal impediment the same shall be informed respective petitioners before expiry of aforesaid period. In view of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if there is no legal impediment, concerned respondent will determine the grievance of petitioners within six weeks and in case of any legal impediment the same shall be informed respective petitioners before expiry of aforesaid period.
