The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- “That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to take immediate action on the FIR registered in Crime No. 485/2024 at Police Station- Ambikapur Dehat (Gandhinagar), Dist- Surguja (CG). 2 2. That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to take immediate efforts to detain the accused persons in custody. 3. Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the relief which has been made in the present petition is defective one as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered nor the offences has been mentioned. 3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty with a cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited in the account of Girls Observation Home, Surguja (CG) within 7 days from today and furnish the receipt of the same before the registry of this Court. 5. Registry is directed to return back the certified copy of documents after retaining attested true copy of the same.
