Prayer in the present petition has been made for directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents. Further prayer has been made for directing official respondents to take the strict legal action against the private respondents as they attacked upon the petitioner No.2 and inflicted serious injuries as till date, no action has been taken by the police against the private respondens for the occurrence occurred on 30.06.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.2 has been beaten up by the private respondents which is evident from the MLR. He submits that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed the representation dated 08.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to pursue their remedy as available to them in accordance with law.
