The present application has been preferred for seeking quashing of the chargesheet dated 27.09.2015 and cognizance order dated 03.12.2016 along with NBW order dated 19.06.2025 as well as entire proceedings of Case No.110 of 2016 (State Vs. Harpal), arising out of Case Crime No.1187 of 2015, under Sections 452, 354, 504 IPC and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, P.S. Puranpur, District Pilibhit, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Pilibhit. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant confined his prayer only to the extent that the present application may be disposed of finally with liberty to applicant to appear before learned court concerned in pursuance of order of non bailable warrant issued against him dated 19.06.2025. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A opposed the prayer sought through the instant application. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer made at the behest of learned counsel for applicant, applicant is hereby directed to appear before the learned court concerned along with application for bail in pursuance of order of non bailable warrant issued against him dated on 19.06.2025 within a period of three weeks from today and the same will be decided on the same day, if possible. Till three weeks, no coercive action shall be initiated against the applicant in pursuance of NBW order dated 19.06.2025.
