The case of the petitioner is that they are facing trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Attur, Salem in STC No.114 of 2024 for the offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that as the complainant in the above case is a politically influenced person, they had been threatened by the Inspector of Police of Attur Town Police Station. Hence, seeks to transfer the case from the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Attur, Salem to some other competent Court. 3.
