Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the impugned order granting ad-interim injunction is appealable under Order 43 Rule 1(r) CPC as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in “A. Venkatasubbiah Naidu Vs. S. Chellappan”, reported as 2000(7) SCC 695, thus, he seeks to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal, in accordance with law. 3.
