This I.A. has been filed by the Opposite Party No.4 for modification of the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by this Court in I.A. No.22055 of 2025 arising out of W.P.(C) No.31187 of 2025. 3. Heard. 4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.4 submits that in 1st line of the paragraph-2, 2nd and 5th line of paragraph-4 of the aforesaid order the words “Petitioner” has wrongly been reflected instead of “Opposite Party No.4”. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.4 and the averments made in the I.A., prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the words “Petitioner” wrongly reflected in the 1st line of the paragraph-2, 2nd and 5th line of paragraph-4 of the aforesaid order be read as “Opposite Party No.4”. Further, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.4 shall approach the Tahasildar, Tihidi to put- forth his grievance within a period of two weeks from today. In such event, the Tahasildar, Tihidi shall consider his objection in accordance with law. 6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered. 7. This I.A. is disposed of. 8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
