I find prima facie case made out by the petitioner/wife for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.114 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. 4. In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in FCOP.No.114 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. There shall be no order as to costs.
