Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned FIR dated 30.07.2025, registered as case crime no.229/2025, under sections 108 and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023, Police Station Karchhana, District Prayagraj and further not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. 5. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 6. However, it is provided that learned counsel for the petitioners shall give notice of the fresh petition, if any filed, to Shri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the informant, before filing the same.
