The Writ Petition is filed in the year 2022. The matter has come up for preliminary hearing in the year 2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per the order dated 03.09.2022 passed by the III Additional Principal Family Judge, Mysuru, the petitioner is continuously paying an amount of Rs.10,000/- p.m. to respondent No.1 and an amount of Rs.5,000/- p.m. to respondent No.2 towards their interim maintenance. 4.
