Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, as the respondent herein has filed M.C.No.19/2024 before the Senior Civil Judge, Harapanahalli, and taking into account the contention of the petitioner herein that she is residing at Davanagere and has to take care of her minor daughter and it is difficult for her to attend court proceeding at Harapanahalli, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly the Petition is allowed. 4. M.C.No.19/2024 pending consideration before the Senior Civil Judge at Harapanahalli is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Davanagere, forthwith.
