The case of the petitioner is that she has been granted financial help under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna but she does not have land to construct her house and, therefore, she has submitted an application before SDM, Sadar- Padrauna, District- Kushinagar for allotment of piece of land over Gata no.976, which is recorded as 'Naveen Parti'. 2. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 27.07.2024 made in this behalf. On the said application, it appears that SDM has called for a report from Revenue Inspector. 3. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on basis of the application of the petitioner dated 27.07.2024 within twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
