Petitioner claims that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed for demarcating the land in question. The contesting private respondents had filed a recall application which was dismissed on 20.06.2025, against which, a revision was filed before Board of Revenue which has also been dismissed. According to counsel for the petitioner, order dated 14.06.2023 passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 till date has not been complied. In view of the said fact, as no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter stands disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner moves an application before respondent no.3- Sub- Divisional Officer, within 15 days from today, the officer concerned shall decide the same within next one month, after hearing the affected parties, in accordance with law.
