Respondent No.1 has not passed any order on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.1 will consider the representation vide Annexure-D, and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. The writ petition is disposed of; ii.
