This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub Divisional Officer, Soraon, Prayagraj (respondent no.2) to decide the Case No.T202502030309899 of 2019-25 Jaglal & others Vs. Gram Panchayat & others, Under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending in his court expeditiously within the stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended that case registered as Computerized Case No.T202502030309899 of 2019-25 filed under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, District- Prayagraj. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, District- Prayagraj to decide case registered as Computerized Case No.T202502030309899 of 2019-25 filed under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
