Counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition, petitioner has died and though his legal heirs came to be instructed for taking up necessary steps in this regard, yet the said legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner did not respond to the instructions. Under these circumstances, counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions in the matter. The writ petition-SWP No. 1737/2016, is dismissed as such for having no instructions. Interim direction, if any, subsisting as on date shall also stand vacated. SWP Nos. 393/2014 and 768/2015. In the instant petitions, time barred applications for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioners were moved to which objections are yet to be filed, two weeks further time is granted to the counsel non-applicants/respondents for filing the same with an advance copy to other side.
