Therefore, the sum which has to be deducted in paragraph 14(iii) of the order dated 21.07.2025 should have been Rs.5,13,100/- instead of Rs.3,26,700/-. 2. The party-in-person appearing would submit that even though he has objections regarding the same, in order to give a quietus, since he has got liberty to take other action in respect of the disputed amounts, the said clarification can be made and the amount be paid as directed by the Court. 3. In view thereof, paragraph No.14(iii) and (iv) are modified as follows: "14. (iii) The calculation of the said sum is as follows: Rs.2,250/- x 463 = Rs.10,41,750.00 Sum already paid = (-) Rs. 5,13,100.00 ........................... Balance = Rs. 5,28,650.00 ...........................
