ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Commercial Court LXXXVIII Addl. City Civil & Session Judge Bengaluru city in Com.O.S.No.432/*2021 to pass Judgement and Orders in I.A.No.30 within period of 2 weeks (Annexure – A) (Annexure – F); b) Pass any other order plus direction that the Hon’ble Court may deem fit under facts and circumstances of the case in interest of Justice and Equity.”

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff, institutes a suit in Commercial O.S.No.432/*2021. The dates and events narrated by the petitioner is as follows:

Sri Gaurav G.K., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was posted for its judgment first time on 10.01.2025 and has been posted on umpteen number of times for its judgment, but the judgment is not delivered. He would submit that though the clarification sought by the concerned Court is clarified and the arguments are concluded, the judgment has not been delivered. * Corrected vide court order dated 18.09.2025

4. In that light, the concerned Court, if it has not concluded its so called clarification, shall deliver its judgment within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier and if not delivered as on today.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands
disposed.
