The case of the petitioner is that it has successfully completed the training to Samooh Sakhi but the payment due to it has not been made so far despite several reminders. 3. Having regard to the nature of claim, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No. 2 to examine the claim and take appropriate decision within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with fresh representation.
