CMA No. 545 of 2025 __________ CMA No. 546 of 2025 Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, read with Order XLIII Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the impugned order passed by the Principal Family Court at Chennai dismissing OP.No.4038/20241 dated 28-10-2024 filed by the appellant wife for nullity of marriage under Section 12(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act. CMA No. 545 of 2025 __________ completed and enclosing the Mediation Agreement, whereby, it is agreed for exchange of articles belonging to each other including gold articles. The parties have further agreed that they will not claim any further financial requirements or maintenance and relinquished all rights past, present and future maintenance against each other and undertook not to file any maintenance petition against each other before any Court of law.
The parties have also agreed for filing a mutual consent petition before the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The parties have signed the Mediation Settlement Agreement in the presence of their respective counsel. 4.Today, the parties appeared before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They stated that they have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre. 5.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreed between the parties. The Settlement Agreement, dated 02.07.2026, shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (N.S.K.,J.)
