Vivek Singh Thakur, J (Oral) On previous date, i.e. on 09.04.2025 matter had been amicably settled between the parties and respondent-DH had agreed to close the execution proceedings for payment of `1,50,000/- against due amount of `1,81,000/-. The petitioner had agreed to pay `1,50,000/- in three monthly equal installments, which were to be paid up to 20.07.2025. 2. Today, learned counsel for the parties have informed that petitioner-JD has paid agreed entire amount of `1,50,000/- to the respondent-DH on 16.05.2025 and, now, nothing survives to adjudicated, rather Execution Petition has also to be disposed of being satisfied, in terms of compromise arrived at between the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:15940 parties and payment made by petitioner-JD to respondent-DH as agreed on 09.04.2025. 3.
