The petitioner is before the court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Pass an order to appoint an independent sole arbitrator for adjudication of the of the above mentioned dispute; according to Clause 7.10 of the Agreement dated 02-03-2020as per Annexure- A; (b) Award the cost of the proceedings to the petitioner; and (c) Pass such other orders or further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit given the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Both the counsels submit that a suitable arbitrator could be appointed by keeping all the contentions open. 3.
