The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to respondents No.5 & 6 to ensure that respondent No. 6 her husband and respondent No. 7 her brother do not create any hindrance in the peaceful living of the petitioner. 2. It is alleged that respondents No. 6 & 7 return to the house in drunken state and they harass the petitioner. 3. A perusal of the material brought on record reveals that a divorce suit is pending between the petitioner and respondent No. 6. In case, respondents No. 6 & 7 are committing any offence punishable under law, it is always open to the petitioner to initiate proceedings as per the provisions of law. 4. In our considered opinion, in absence of any such report, it would not be proper to direct the police authorities to intervene in the domestic fight between the parties. 5.
