The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 362/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20, 22 & 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Chatra. 3. It was submitted that 8 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from a car on which petitioner was travelling. It was further submitted that quantum of recovered cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co-accused Bablu Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide B.A. No. 6532/2025. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Chatra in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S.
