No. 75068 of 2023 which was dismissed for default on 04.04.2024 for non compliance of order dated 07.03.2024. 3. Due to non compliance of the order dated 07.03.2024 by which granting interim relief, notice was issued to Opposite Party No.2 and the requisites were to be filed within a period of four weeks. As it was a peremptory order and the same was not complied with, it stood dismissed. 4. Several months later, the present petition. Nothing Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86115 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 has been ascribed save and except that due to the fault of the clerk concerned, the same could not be filed.
