THE APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER This appeal is filed assailing the order dated 04.12.2023 in W.P. No.3150/2022 by the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has allowed writ petition in terms of the impugned order. 3 2. The employee is in appeal against the order passed by the learned Single Judge. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 are present. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute is settled and the appellant has accepted the offer made by the respondent/Corporation. Joint memo is filed recording the terms of the settlement. 5. The joint memo reads as under:- "JOINT MEMO The WA filed against the order passed in WP.No.3150/2022 dated 4.12.2023 has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. The Respondent-Corporation has agreed to pay Rs.23,893/- towards the difference of gratuity amount along with 8% interest i.e. Rs.5,734/- in all Rs.29,627/- in full and final settlement of the case. 2. The 3rd Respondent has agreed to receive the above stated amount as full and final settlement. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." 6. The joint memo is taken on record. 4 7. This Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the settlement. Accordingly, the impugned judgment dated 04.12.2023 in W.P.
