Sri Mrigank Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to deny that petitioner has not placed her grievance in respect of non-payment of ACP, which as per the petitioner was due to him in the year 2019 immediately. Petitioner got retired on 31.1.2023 and for the first time she raised her grievance by way of representation dated 17.6.2025. 2. There is no reasonable explanation furnished by the petitioner that why such grievance was not raised by her during her service period or immediately after his retirement. 3. Sri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 on basis of instructions submits that still claim of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment same will be conveyed to the petitioner and a decision will be taken to grant ACP to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. Considering the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 this writ petition is disposed of.
