SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 361 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 24.02.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.14617 of 2020. 2.Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel for State of TN takes notice for R1 to R3. 3.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the bundles had been misplaced, that there was a communication gap with the advocate, and that, thereafter, the papers had to be reconstructed and there has been delay in the said process. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
