In the pending proceedings, an application has been filed seeking production of certain loan documents. Without waiting for a decision on the said application, petitioner has rushed to this Court. 3. This petition, at this stage, is not maintainable. Petitioner should press before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal for an order in the application.
